A great session to raise awareness about stress and the impact this can have on individuals and the whole organization and how additional support can be provided.

  • An interactive two and half hour session helps delegates to identify triggers, signs and types of stress particularly in the workplace.
  • A look at some national statistics around wellbeing at work.
  • Staff will become more aware of their own wellbeing and that of other colleagues.
  • Provides delegates with tools and plans to implement and promote self care.

The ultimate aim of this session is for everyone to have a better understanding around mental health and your organization’s duty of care to adopt a more positive and supportive approach for all employees.
