REFRESHER

MHFA England recommends refresher training every three years for fully certified Mental Health First Aiders or Mental Health First Aid Champions and takes place over a half day.

• Keep and update learners awareness of current Mental Health support
• Reminders about the MHFA Action plan
• A chance to see new statistics and updated guidance.
• It gives learners a chance to discuss and question their actions regarding times whereby they have used their skills since their original course
