Our new sleep training course can be offered as a 1hr session for young people or a revised version at 20mins for a stand-alone assembly to use in schools.
We offer a range of helpful sleep hygiene techniques whilst exploring what we can change to improve our sleeping habits. We explore why sleep is so important and why we need to sleep to be able to function day to day. This course has been highly requested by several host schools and the small amounts of this training we have already rolled out has been of huge success. With great feedback of how it has helped from our young people.
